7-30-2012 : Coey Christopher Kuhn and Shyloh Nicole Custis are MURRRRIEDD :UUUU

so after knowing each other for almost 9 years now, dating for 6, engaged for 5- we finally tied the knot and went down to the courthouse yesterday to sign sum papers n kiss in front of a funny guy who looked like santa. It was uneventful in all since we were just getting the legal bit out of the way and will have a proper full ceremony with family/friends/confriends when we have the time in money @ m @ oh boy. what are those *sob* 
At the ceremony we had sonic screwdrivers…shy and I may have made a fool of ourselves in front of this poor guy but we don’t care lol totally worth it.  

After we went to the fair with my mom Moe, bestfriend Rah and our roomie Jing. I went on a buncha rides and ate a ton of food and it was really amazing to spend it with people I love. Really - an amazing day.

Quick, off-the-cuff courthouse wedding may not seem like anything too special, but the REAL wedding’s going to be grandiose as fuck. And even just the legal part is a big achievement. We’ve had to go through a lot of process and paperwork, running around all of fucking Ohio to get the state to recognize Co as male, then get married.

I love you so much, babycakes. Even though we’ve considered ourselves married for a long time, there’s some sort of relief in having it legally recognized. Feels a bit like closure, in a way, and I can’t wait of have the “legit” wedding with friends and family. <3 I’m gonna freak out on that day.
